It’s not a complete list as there are lots more walks and places to eat, etc. but hopefully there’s enough to keep you going. There’s also a link to a leaflet of more walks in the Mallaig, Arisaig and Morar at the bottom.

Concerts and events at the Stley Hall – Arisaig
Thanks for that! I see there’s a concert coming up soon too
Sorry! Typo! Astley Hall!
There are a lot of terrific ideas in your post. But I have to say, taking a private yacht to hidden beaches and then having a freshly cooked seafood meal sounds amazing!
This is one of my favourite areas in Scotland and we have visited many times, usually staying in the campervan at one of the campsites in Arisaig. Love it! Having said that, there are still quite a few things on this list that I have not done. Just a reason to keep going back! Have seen the Jacobite Express going over the Glenfinnan viaduct several times. It is such a magnificent sight. Did you see Julie Walters on the train on TV last night? She is a hoot! I have yet to actually travel on the train. I need to be more organised and book tickets in advance!
Oh no, I didn’t see that. I love watching the train pass in various spots. Campsites in Arisaig are the best!
What a beautiful place! I live in the US and have some Scottish ancestry. Planning a trip one day will have to include Arisaig!
[…] Pictures on the wall often become less noticed but a picture on your dinner table every day doesn’t! You can even splash out on the placemats and coasters too and have lots of scenes of Scotland’s stunning west coast right in front of you every day reminding you of the happy times spent there!By Alison of Everything Arisaig […]
